The organization independently operates and maintains the DPG, utilising a preferred technology service provider of their choice as needed. There is documentation available providing clear guidance on installation, customization, and troubleshooting.

Indus Action oversees the operation and maintenance of the DPG through a designated technology service provider, while the required support and upkeep are ensured through the coverage of the annual maintenance contract (AMC).
