The platform provides login based access to a set of users who perform specific predefined tasks and view access to the public. There is admin access given to the administrative staff of the state – district – block to manage the processes related to the RTE admissions campaign year on year.
Multiple user levels and role permissions
| Title | Role |
| App Admin | The app administrator will be able to configure the platform for other users and the public. |
| State Admin | The state administrator (admin) is a state government officer. They can manage the roles of access and permissions for the district and block level administrators on the platform, within the state. |
| District Admin | The district administrators are district government officers. They can manage the role access and permissions for the block administrators, within their district. |
| Block Admin | The Block administrators are responsible for verification of schools and onboarding of new schools, within their block. |
| School | Schools that are following the RTE 12.1.c mandate get registered and update the status of students who join their school. |
| Student | Students are applicants who are seeking admission under RTE 12.1.c. They can apply and benefit from the platform. |
